Katie Brown, Ngāti Raukawa & Ngāti Whātua, represents the largest national group of Māori in digital and technology, Te Hapori Matihiko. With 18 years in digital technology and 12 years in leadership roles across government and the private sector, she is a leader and advocate for Māori and the safe, ethical use of digital channels & social media. As the co-founder and CEO of Te Hapori Matihiko and founder and CEO of Social Good, Katie has committed her career to using digital channels for good kaupapa. Her work focuses on equitable outcomes, fair access to information and increased Māori representation in digital and tech.
