Helen is leading Worldline’s efforts on digital identity services, driving solutions to help New Zealand businesses and organisations easily and securely verify customer identity information, which will support smoother operations and ensure compliance. She brings extensive experience working with government and industry, including representing Air New Zealand as co-lead on the Future Borders task force – an initiative that helped unlock borders during the pandemic – and is now applying this expertise to leverage Worldline’s payments infrastructure, developing NZ’s first digital identity acceptance network providing easy consumer onboarding with merchants and service providers that will benefit both locals and international visitors.
