Phil is a seasoned Chief Information Security Officer with over two decades of experience in safeguarding critical infrastructure across aerospace, banking, healthcare, telecommunications, and government sectors. Working closely with executives and board directors, Phil has enhanced the cybersecurity posture of nationally critical organisations across Europe. After completing his European tenure Phil sailed back to Aotearoa, where he now leads a large team of Cyber and Identity innovators at Air New Zealand. He serves on multiple advisory boards and the Executive Council of Digital Identity New Zealand.
